Caldwell International Polyurethane Flat Free Tires
Caldwell International flat free tires are made of solid micro-cellular polyurethane foam. When the polyol and the isocynate are combined with a reactive agent they link to form this powerful structure. Our centrifuges rotate the tooling at a controlled speed and causes the tires to build up a tough outer skin that is twice as strong as rubber. This outer skin is also resistant to chemicals and abrasion and it is non-marking.
The foam structure causes the inside of the tire to resemble a sponge with millions of tiny air pockets. This allows for the light feel and bounce of the tire combined with the solid structure which makes the tire flat free and puncture proof.
Each of our tire models densities are specially formulated depending on the size, width, depth, rim and load requirements of the tire.
