Caldwell International QC/QA Testing
-Each batch of our tires are tested for quality throughout the production process.
1. After each tire is shot into the tool.
2. While the sprue (excess material) is being cleaned off.
3. Prior to pressing the rims onto the tire.
4. Final sampling inspected pre-shipment.
-Rims, bearings, bushings and incoming raw material are inspected on arrival at our factory.
-We have in house rotational load-testing equipment on which we test each batch of each model.
-We also perform actual in-use load testing on wheeled goods to ensure the quality of our tires.
-We have posted operating instructions for each position within our factory. These are used in training and make clear to each employee what needs to be done to ensure quality production.
-Our production facility is temperature and humidity controlled with gages present and monitored.
