Caldwell International is owned and managed by an American, and the plants in Thailand and China are ours — not a trading partner's. You deal with one company from quote to container, and we are on the floor regularly enough to know how your parts are actually being made.

Why we exist
Buying overseas usually forces a choice. You can work with a trading company that speaks your language but cannot control the factory, or you can work with the factory directly and spend your week decoding emails, chasing samples and hoping the third run matches the first.
Caldwell was built to remove that choice. We own the factories in Thailand and China, and the company is run by an American who understands what a US or EU buyer expects: a straight answer on tooling, a quote that holds, packaging that is retail-ready, and a phone call when something slips instead of silence.
The result is factory-direct pricing with a domestic supplier's communication. Our customers are importers, distributors and OEMs in the United States, Canada, Germany, New Zealand and Australia.

Four commitments we will hold you to
Say it plainly
If your part needs tooling, we say so on the first quote. If a date is at risk, you hear it from us before it slips.
Your design stays yours
Tooling you pay for runs your parts only. Nothing you develop with us appears on our sites or at a trade show. NDA signed on request.
Same part, every run
Because forming, moulding, rubber and coating are all ours, quality does not drift when a subcontractor changes material.
Two countries, one contact
We quote from Thailand or China depending on landed cost and tariffs — you still deal with one company and one invoice.
