Wheels, tires and complete assemblies
Every wheel below is made in our own factories — rubber mixed and cured in-house, rims stamped on our tooling, bearings pressed and assembled on site. Hub length and bearing ID are made to your spec at no tooling cost on most sizes.
01 — Pneumatic wheels
Air tires built from our own rubber compound
We mix the compound, lay in our cording structure, then vulcanize and cure — so tread depth, sidewall stiffness and ply rating are ours to control rather than a supplier's. Tube and tubeless, knobby or rib tread.

Steel rims only on pneumatic wheels. Ball bearings available on every size; hub length and bearing ID made to order, rim colour to your powder-coat spec.
02 — Flat free PU wheels
Polyurethane fill, no punctures, no maintenance
Low-pressure polyurethane injected on our own line. The same rim tooling as our pneumatic range, so a customer can move an existing product from air to flat-free without redesigning the fork or axle.

03 — Solid rubber wheels
Heavy carry loads, hard service
Solid rubber bonded to a steel rim for carts, dollies and industrial equipment that live on concrete and steel decking. Non-marking compound available.

Complete assemblies from one factory
Tray, frame, handles and wheels made and assembled under one roof — no coordinating a wheel supplier against a fabricator. Shipped knocked-down for container efficiency or fully built.
Steel tray barrows
4 to 8 cu. ft., single or dual wheel, powder coated to your colour.
Poly tray barrows
Injection-moulded tray on our steel frame and handle set.
Garden & utility carts
